Chirp Shirt

Chirp began with a vision of recycling, much the way that the history of the quilt started, repurposing the families old clothes into something beautiful, functional and lasting.

As Chirp has developed it has branched into several areas of design, and so Chirp Shirt is the area specifically devoted to products made from repurposed dress shirts.

I use as much of the shirt as possible, using every piece of quality fabric I can selvedge and all the button closures as the back openings on the cushions.

I source my dress shirts from not for profit second hand stores. Keeping with the spirit of recycling :).
